How Danubien collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

Last updated: 21 August 2026

1. Who we are

The Danubien website and platform are operated by Bevian S.R.L. ("Danubien", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered at 12/1 Florilor Street, of. 83, Chișinău MD-2068, Republic of Moldova.

For any privacy question, contact us at legal@bevian.eu or +373 69938880.

2. Scope

This policy applies to personal data we process through the Danubien website, our online forms, emails and direct communication, and in the course of recruitment, marketing, and contractual interactions.

3. Information we collect

  • Identification data — name, surname, and, where required, identification or company registration details.
  • Contact information — work email, phone number, and company.
  • Professional details — job title, role, and information you share about your team or support setup (for example, when you request a demo or apply for a role).
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies (see our Cookie policy).
  • Service data — information generated when you use or evaluate the Danubien platform.

4. How we use your information

We use personal data to deliver and improve our services, to arrange and run demos, to perform contracts and take steps at your request before entering into one, for recruitment, for direct marketing and commercial communications where permitted, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process personal data on one or more of these bases: your consent; the performance of a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate interests (for example, fraud prevention, IT security, and improving our services).

6. Sharing your data

We may share personal data with our staff on a need-to-know basis, with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (including cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services), with regulatory or public authorities where legally required, and with parties involved in any corporate restructuring. Providers are bound by appropriate data-protection obligations.

7. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses, certification mechanisms, or other measures compliant with the GDPR and applicable data-protection laws.

8. Security

We protect personal data with measures including encrypted communications, two-factor authentication, system monitoring, and strict access controls.

9. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary — for the duration of our contractual relationship, until you withdraw consent, or as required by legal or tax regulations — whichever applies.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email legal@bevian.eu.

11. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie policy.
